From a few details and some photos, nine simple steps produce a complete, cinematic website for your holiday home – with a real availability calendar that syncs in real time with airbnb, booking and other platforms. Guests book directly with you; Pea-Pod guides the whole process from enquiry to deposit and keeps in touch by email, even with guests who booked elsewhere. You write your description once, in your own language; Pea-Pod translates it into the languages you choose, optimised for Google and for social media posts. Reviews, seasonal rates, discounts and promotional emails to past guests come on top – all in one place, all yours. What fascinates is the simplicity: what would otherwise take an agency happens without any technical knowledge, and every booking stays commission-free.

Pea-Pod grew out of a simple observation: anyone who rents out a holiday home hands a noticeable share of their income to platforms – and loses direct contact with their own guests along the way. Pea-Pod gives both back: a website of your own with calendar, booking and guest communication, no technical knowledge needed and no commission.
We believe in independence, in genuine hospitality and in language as a bridge: every Pea-Pod website appears automatically in many European languages. What works for hosts, we are opening up next for art, fashion and small businesses – selling, swapping and connecting directly.
